Delivery Policy

We deliver all purchased goods in the UK & Europe by Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery to ensure it arrives safely. International Delivery is by Royal mail 1st class (untracked). Where possible we look to change our postage charges in line with current costs to ensure you get the best deal possible. 

UK Delivery: Within 2-4 days If delays are expected we will give you more information on receipt of order. 
Europe: Within 5 days. Some delays can be expected 
International Delivery: This can take considerably longer due to international shipping times. 7 -14 days is a guide

Cancellation Policy

Please be considerate our work as all prints are created to order. If you are ordering a standard print with no custom options then please let us know asap that you wish to cancel by email with the subject ORDER CANCELATION. If we receive your request before we have sent it out we will honour a full REFUND no questions asked. Custom Prints or orders are a little more difficult as they can be produced on the day of order. If you really need to cancel please just get in touch asap.

Refunds and Returns

We hope you love everything you receive from us but we understand sometimes things can go wrong. Our returns policy is as follows:
Custom Orders: If sent out and not cancelled in time we cannot offer a refund due to the nature of the work involved. These include custom sketches, name prints or anything ordered where you have requested additional names, or dates to be added. 

Standard Prints/Goods: Please return within 14 days by recorded delivery (to confirm receipt and provide proof of postage) in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging.  We will provide a refund of the goods only. Delivery charges we have incurred will not be refunded and unfortunately we cannot pay for your delivery charges back to us. 
  1. We cannot accept damaged or lost returns, and reserve the right to refuse your return if you do not send it by registered/recorded mail.
  2. Please retain your original registered/recorded mail receipt in case we require proof of the return in the unlikely event that your return package does not reach us.
